These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Luxe Style Studio website. Please read them carefully before using the site.

This website is operated by Luxe Style Studio LLC. Throughout these Terms, “Luxe Style Studio,” “Luxe,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Luxe Style Studio LLC. “You” and “your” refer to anyone who visits, accesses, or uses this website.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
1. Use of This Website
Luxe Style Studio provides this website for general information, inspiration, portfolio presentation, and communication about the studio’s interior design services.
You may access and use the website only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the website at any time. We are not obligated to maintain any particular page, feature, image, article, project description, or other website content indefinitely.
2. Website Inquiries Do Not Create a Client Relationship
Information presented on this website describes the studio’s general capabilities and approach. It does not constitute an offer, proposal, estimate, guarantee of availability, or commitment to provide services.
Submitting an inquiry, completing a form, sending an email, scheduling a conversation, or otherwise contacting Luxe Style Studio does not create a designer-client relationship.
Interior design services begin only after Luxe Style Studio and the client have entered into a separate written agreement. That agreement—not these website Terms—governs the scope, fees, responsibilities, schedule, purchasing terms, project administration, and other conditions of a design engagement.
When a signed client agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding design services, the signed client agreement controls.
3. Ownership of Website Content
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by Luxe Style Studio or used with permission from the applicable creator or rights holder.
This content includes, without limitation, the Luxe Style Studio name and marks, website design, written copy, project descriptions, graphics, logos, videos, photographs, renderings, drawings, layouts, downloads, journal articles, and other materials appearing on the website.
Website content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the website.
Photographic copyrights and reproduction rights may remain with the applicable photographer or rights holder. Photographer attribution for selected work is available on our Photo Credits page.
4. Permitted and Prohibited Uses
Luxe Style Studio grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to view the website and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not, without prior written authorization:

- Use automated systems, bots, crawlers, scraping tools, data-mining tools, or similar technology to access, extract, copy, index, or collect website content beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.
- Use website content to train, develop, test, improve, or supply a machine-learning or artificial-intelligence system without prior written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its hosting environment, forms, accounts, data, or connected systems.
- Interfere with the security, operation, availability, or performance of the website.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
5. Projects, Images and Client Experiences
Portfolio content is presented to illustrate selected work, design experience, creative approach, and completed environments. Projects may differ in scope, budget, schedule, location, architecture, client participation, construction conditions, and final outcome.
Some photographs may show work completed by Luxe Style Studio. Other projects may reflect Ashley Schneider’s broader professional experience, as indicated through the surrounding website context.
Project photographs may also contain architecture, art, products, furnishings, craftsmanship, trademarks, or other material created or owned by third parties. Their appearance does not transfer ownership or grant permission for reuse.
Testimonials and client statements describe individual experiences. They do not promise or guarantee that another client or project will have the same process, schedule, cost, result, or experience.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain links to third-party websites, social platforms, publications, vendors, manufacturers, service providers, or other external resources.
These links are provided for convenience or reference. Luxe Style Studio does not control those third parties and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, products, services, content, terms, or privacy practices.

Please do not submit confidential project documents, financial information, passwords, medical information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through a general website inquiry form.

The website and its content are provided for general informational and inspirational purposes.
Website content is not a substitute for project-specific interior design, architectural, engineering, construction, code-compliance, legal, tax, financial, insurance, or other professional advice.

Although we aim to present accurate and current information, we do not warrant that every page, description, image, link, product reference, service description, or other item will always be complete, accurate, available, or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Luxe Style Studio and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website or its content.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your infringement of another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Content or information you submit through the website in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct for which Luxe Style Studio may not lawfully disclaim responsibility.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to rules concerning conflicts of law.
Any dispute concerning these Terms or use of the website will be addressed in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any rights or requirements that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
A separate written client agreement may contain different or more specific dispute-resolution, governing-law, or venue provisions. For disputes arising from a design engagement, that signed agreement controls.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the website, our practices, available services, technology, or legal requirements.
The revised Terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional notices expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing use of the website.
These website Terms do not replace a signed interior-design agreement or any other written contract between Luxe Style Studio and a client, vendor, contractor, photographer, collaborator, or other party.
